It's all about Community...
We started our quail journey just like you. We wanted to grow our own protein and learned that Coturnix Quail office the fastest growing, most productive and easiest to care for option. We also wanted our new "pets" to pay rent... "pets with benefits", so we started our quail business and were amazed at the success we had in our first year, After three years of practice and learning - from setting up the best tax structure, online banking - payment options - products - marketing design - profit centers... all the while caring for our birds, we eventually realized that we are limited. Our business can only grow to the size of the number of quail we can care for at our homestead. We were limited by "scalability".
The past two years we have been working on the USQuail project. We wanted to create a member owned community of quail growers that worked to help more people become quail growers. After all, when SHTF, we didn't want everyone in the neighborhood coming to our house! We also wanted a way to be able to sell products to larger commercial contracts like restaurants, stores or even pet food manufacturer's, so we needed to create a way for local groups of growers to come together to co-supply opportunities and they themselves have the ability to approach industry and know they have the ability to produce a unified product. If we all use the same packing equipment and supplies, we can pretty much satisfy any order and it would appear as if it came from one source.
As a member-owned 501(c)(6) pending we can also help small homestead businesses with annual cash distributions say in December when your business may be slower. Along with our affiliate program, you can include a link in blogs, articles, Social media and Youtube videos that will pay you the first months membership dues of all new member referrals. We have also created other profit centers or programs such as our KidsQuails workshop, that your farm or homestead can host. US Quail is a platform for you to make as much profit from your quail business as you wish, without being limited by the birds.
